Canon Service & Warranty Support in Hyderabad

Where do I get a Canon camera repaired in Hyderabad?
Canon India handles all repairs through its own authorised service network, not through retail showrooms. Paras N Paras is a Canon Image Square store — we sell and advise, we do not run a repair workshop, and we would rather say so plainly than have you carry a camera across town for nothing. To find your nearest authorised centre, use Canon India's official service centre locator. If you bought the gear from us, bring it in or message us first — we will tell you whether it is a warranty case, what the centre will ask for, and follow the claim up on your behalf.
What does the Canon India warranty actually cover?
Every camera, lens, printer and microphone we sell carries an official Canon India manufacturer warranty, redeemable at any authorised national service centre. It covers manufacturing defects — not accidental damage, liquid ingress, or wear from normal use. The exact terms are printed on the warranty card in the box, and they are the terms that decide a claim, so keep the card. Two things make a claim go smoothly: a GST invoice with your name on it, and a product bought through Canon's own supply chain. We provide both as a matter of course.
What should I have ready before a service visit?
Bring the body or lens, the original invoice, the warranty card, and any accessory involved in the fault — if a lens will not focus on one body, bring both. Note the serial number before you go. Describe the fault in terms of what you did and what happened ("it stops recording after about ten minutes and the screen shows a heat icon") rather than a diagnosis; it saves a round of back-and-forth. If the camera still powers on, copy your cards off first. Service centres are not responsible for data.
I bought my Canon camera online or elsewhere — can you still help?
We will happily point you in the right direction, and there is no charge for asking. What we cannot do is make a warranty claim on a purchase we did not make. Two things are worth checking on gear bought elsewhere: whether you have a GST invoice in your own name, and whether the unit was imported outside Canon India's supply chain. Grey-market imports frequently cannot be serviced under Canon India warranty at all, whatever the seller said at the time. If you are unsure, message us the serial number and we will tell you what we can see.
Do you clean sensors or repair cameras in store?
No. Sensor cleaning and any internal work go through Canon's authorised service network, where the technicians are trained and the work does not void your warranty. What we do in store is more ordinary and often enough: check whether the problem is a setting, a card, a battery or a lens contact before you pay anyone for a repair. A surprising share of "faults" are none of those things, and we would rather spend ten minutes finding that out with you.
What is the Canon customer care number, and how do I contact Canon India directly?
Canon India publishes its current helpline numbers and support channels on its own support pages — we point you there rather than print a number here, because helpline numbers change and a stale one wastes your afternoon. For anything you bought from us, you are welcome to start with us instead: call +91 91003 33121 or message +91 93480 66111. We speak Telugu, Hindi, English and Gujarati.
